If you cancel within the 7 days, there will be no charge.

You can cancel your subscription in your Subscription Customer Portal.

You can self assign and delete users right within ValPlan.

We will then automatically change the payments accordingly.

We send you information about any change to your subscription, so you are in full control.

You will also get access to an Customer Portal where you can manage your subscription. Or you can call or email us at [email protected], and we will take care of you.

If there is any misunderstanding, we will take your side, as we only want happy customers.

Yes you can cancel anytime. (Or downgrade or upgrade the number of users.)

For monthly plans, the change will take effect from the next cycle.

So if you cancel one day before the next payment, you do not have to pay for that next month.

If you cancel one day after payment, you can use your user account out that month.

All payments for monthly plans will be adjusted to the first day of every month after the first payment.

For the first 7 days, there will be no charge to your credit card. And you can cancel anytime during these days in your Customer Portal.

You can also download a machine-readable copy of all Customer Data, including any Personal Data, held in the system database associated with your Organisation Account.

Technical support on how to use the functions of ValPlan is included.

Every user has access to a chat function for support. The chat can be moved over to voice conversation and screen sharing.

We will get to your issue as soon as we can. The speed will vary from immediately to within a few days.

Consulting your projects and teaching the ValueFirst framework is not included, but can be purchased separately.

You will also get access to an extensive how-to video library.
