My passion is teaching and consulting in how you can succeed in product development. Projects are known to be delayed, run over budget and not deliver the improvements the customer thought they paid for.
In product development, failing does not have to be the norm, we have cracked the challenge. We now know what we need to do to succeed.
I will not teach you the popular Agile methodologies; they don’t work. They still produce failed projects.
I will not teach you traditional engineering methodologies; they don’t work well with lots of change.
I will definitely not teach you about task-based project management, that is for a different purpose altogether.
I will tell you what teams who succeed actually do in product development.
Succeed every time, again and again, systematically.
