Value Product Owner

In depth knowledge in

all the subjects in the Value-Requirements, the Value-Decisions and the Value-Delivery Certifications. It is assumed that the participant are either certified Scrum Product Owners or Masters or experienced Agile Product Owners or Managers.

The Scrum development process is an open development framework that can be completed with a management method (and other methods like configuration management and testing methods).

Value Management (Evo), is a proven perfect fit used by Product Owners and Project Managers to manage the Scrum development by

1. capturing the Stakeholder Values,

2. prioritizing using a Value Decision Table what Products and what Product Values they must have,

3. and from the Product Values, together with developers technical skills, prioritizing the Solutions that go into the Scrum Product Backlog.

The Product Backlog, now containing Solutions with high leverage capabilities in satisfying the Product Values that again are prioritized to satisfy the Stakeholder Values, becomes a critical interface between the managers and developers.

At the end of each Sprint, the Scrum team then, not just demonstrates a "working increment of the software", but should as far as possible deliver real improvements of Product Values to Stakeholders. And the Product owner and management can verify if the improved Product Values gives the desired improvements to the Stakeholder Values.

All of this is done in short learning cycles of planning, doing, studying and acting.
